NCFE CACHE Alumni is a professional membership network for those who work in the care, health, and education industries, providing valuable resources and advice for your studies when working towards/with a NCFE CACHE qualification. Yes, you will need to be working, volunteering, or on practical placement as you need to show competence in both knowledge and skills. Fully accredited and nationally recognised NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) qualification. You will also need to complete 350 placement hours, across three age ranges (birth to 1 year 11 months, 2 to 2 years 11 months, and 3 to 5 years).This qualification is suitable for a range of learners, either working or wishing to work in early years education and care. Once you have enrolled on your NCFE CACHE course, you will have access to the NCFE CACHE Alumni membership for two years. The Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) prepares learners to become Early Years Educators, enabling them to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years. You will need to fully participate in all aspects of the training programme, attend the monthly online teaching session, engage weekly with your assessor and complete tasks by set deadlines. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Students will be visited by an assessor three times during the duration of the course as part of the overall assessment.
